Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Guilds program to enhance the structure for over 100 Polygon Guilds worldwide, better engage Mages, build our online community via Guilds program.
- Build strong relations with Mages and Advocates through community calls, individual working sessions and framing a strong events policy to build a strong core for the Dabl community.
- Manage community sentiment via online and IRL activations like hackathons, networking events, study groups etc.
